At Little Lion Cookie Company, we believe everyone deserves a seat at the table.
What began as a pregnancy craving quickly became something much bigger. While searching for a cookie that was both delicious and made with ingredients she felt good about serving her family, founder Devon quickly realized she couldn't find what she was looking for. So she created it herself.
Drawing on her background as a Holistic Nutritionist, Devon developed recipes made with thoughtfully selected ingredients, including organic and locally sourced options whenever possible. You'll never find high fructose corn syrup or artificial dyes in our cookies—just the kind of ingredients she'd proudly serve at her own table.
Inspired by Mimi Lion's cherished cookie recipe, Little Lion was built on the belief that gluten-free treats should never feel like a compromise. Every cookie is handcrafted and baked fresh to order, delivering the comfort, nostalgia, and indulgence of a truly great cookie while creating space for more people to gather around the same table.
Today, Little Lion proudly serves families throughout North Texas and beyond, offering gourmet gluten-free cookies that are as welcoming as they are delicious.
